Returns

No returns or exchanges are accepted on any product purchased from Magimó Shop except for defective products which will be replaced immediately.

The products on sale in Magimó Shop do not allow the usual 14-day right of withdrawal without reason, as they are custom-made products that are printed and produced on demand. This means that they are not in stock and are only produced once payment has been made.

The consumer's right of withdrawal and return shall not apply in the case of personalised or made-to-measure products according to Law 3/2014 of 27 March (article 103) which amends LOCM art. 45. Once manufactured, even if it has not been delivered to you, you may no longer withdraw from the purchase contract.

In any case, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis, as products must be manufactured specifically for your order.

Before purchasing a product, please read carefully the descriptions and features detailed on each product page and consult the product page Size guide to make sure you choose the right size for your printed t-shirt or print.

Magimó Shop is not responsible for any mistakes you may make when selecting a size or format in the online purchase process.

Is your item faulty?

Although we are sure that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will match the specifications on the website, occasionally things can go wrong. If this is the case, please write immediately, preferably within 7 days, to hello@magimoshop.com indicating the details of the product, as well as the existing non-conformity, for example, with photographs of the defect or error.

You will then be informed about how to return products and you will receive a shipping label so that you can return your order.

The products, once returned, will be carefully examined and you will be informed, within a reasonable period of time, if the product is to be replaced or, if applicable, reimbursed.

The replacement of the product or refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which you will be sent an e-mail confirming that the replacement of the non-conforming item or refund is appropriate.

The amount paid for those products that are returned because of a defect, when it actually exists, will be refunded in full, including shipping costs. The refund does not include any additional shipping costs incurred by the customer in choosing another shipping method instead of Magimó Shop's standard shipping. Nor will import duties and taxes, where applicable, which must be paid by the sender, be refunded. The refund will be made by the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase.

In any case, no refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage after delivery, so you should be careful with the products while they are in your possession.

The products must also be returned using or including all their original packaging, instructions, certificates of authenticity and any other accompanying documents, as well as a copy of the purchase invoice.
