Where do you ship?

Currently, to all European Union (EU) countries as well as Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Is there shipment tracking?

You will receive an email to confirm that the goods have been dispatched, with tracking information and delivery details.

Depending on the type of product purchased you may receive emails from different senders. This is because Magimó Shop has different print providers to process, package and send the products. One for the art prints and the other for the rest of the products in the shop.

Similarly, if you have purchased, for example, an art print and a T-shirt in the same order, you will receive the products separately and may be sent by different transport companies.

How long will my order take?

Your products are shipped within 3-5 business days of order acceptance, after the time required for printing and processing. Remember that your product is unique and only exists when you order it.

The average delivery time from the day of dispatch is 5-10 working days, unless there are extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that your order may be delayed during seasonal peaks and promotional weekends (e.g. public holidays, Black Friday and Christmas).

With the exception of those cases in which there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or, where appropriate, arising from the personalisation of the products, the purchase order consisting of the products listed in each purchase confirmation will be delivered within the period indicated on the Website and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of the order confirmation.

If for any reason, for which we are responsible, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will contact you to inform you of this circumstance and you can choose to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.

In any case, home deliveries are made on working days.

Magimó Shop and suppliers cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from misdirection, holidays or incidents beyond our control.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If no one is available at your address to take delivery of the goods, the carrier will leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to proceed to have it redelivered.

If you do not collect the goods as agreed or if, after a failed delivery, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions. However, we may have to charge shipping and handling costs again for this.

If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or to rearrange delivery, we will assume that you wish to withdraw from the contract and the contract will be deemed to be terminated. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, you will receive a refund for the goods you paid for but did not receive, less the delivery charges and other administrative charges involved in the delivery, such as handling and storage, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract is deemed to be terminated. However, you should be aware that carriage arising from the termination may incur an additional cost which may be passed on to you.

For the purposes of these Conditions, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place or the order to have been delivered at the time when you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

How much will shipping cost?

Currently, the shop offers free delivery on all orders, regardless of the size of the package or the number of products you order in a single order.

Please note that products delivered to countries outside the European Union, such as Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. These charges are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these import duties and taxes. Contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Only in the case of purchasing any of the art prints available in the shop with UK delivery, there will be no extra costs for import duties and taxes, as they will be printed and shipped directly from our UK based print supplier.
