Shipping policy

We currently ship to all European Union (EU) countries and also to Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, thanks to our network of printing laboratories.

When we receive your order, we direct it to the nearest lab for printing, packaging and shipping, resulting in shorter shipping distances, faster turnaround times and reduced environmental impact.

You will receive an email to confirm that the products have been shipped, with tracking information. Tracking availability varies and will depend on the country, product type and shipping method associated with your order.

When your products come from different laboratories, you will receive them separately.

Different shipping and courier options may be available depending on the country and type of product.

Your products are shipped within 3-5 business days of order acceptance, after the time required for printing and processing. Remember that your product is printed on demand.

The average delivery time from the day of dispatch is 5-10 working days, unless there are extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances.

With the exception of those cases in which there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or, where appropriate, arising from the personalisation of the products, the purchase order consisting of the products listed in each purchase confirmation will be delivered within the period indicated on the Website and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of the order confirmation.

Please note that your order may be delayed during seasonal peaks and promotional weekends (e.g. public holidays, Black Friday and Christmas).

If, for any reason attributable to us, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will contact you to inform you of this circumstance and you can choose to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.

We are not responsible for any delays resulting from an incorrect address, holidays or incidents beyond our control. We are also unable to offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.

Deliveries are made on working days.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery of the goods, the carrier will leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to proceed to have it redelivered.

If you do not collect the goods as agreed or if, after a failed delivery, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions. However, we may have to charge shipping and handling costs again for this. 

If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or to rearrange delivery, we will assume that you wish to withdraw from the contract and the contract will be deemed to be terminated. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, you will receive a refund for the goods you paid for but did not receive, less the delivery charges and other administrative charges involved in the delivery, such as handling and storage, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract is deemed to be terminated. However, you should be aware that carriage arising from the termination may incur an additional cost which may be passed on to you.

For the purposes of these Conditions, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place or the order to have been delivered at the time when you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the volume, weight and destination of the products purchased. To get the exact price, add your items to the shopping cart and enter your shipping address.

Please note that products delivered to countries outside the European Union, such as Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. These charges are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these import duties and taxes. Contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
