Sustainability

As a designer I am concerned about our impact on the environment and I try to make the entire production and shipping chain as sustainable as possible and guarantee fair work.

All items are designed in Barcelona by the Magimó design studio and are produced, sold and distributed entirely in Europe and the UK.

All production is done on demand, i.e. only printed to order. This means that there is no overproduction which consumes resources unnecessarily. Products are shipped directly to the buyer from our print suppliers, without the need for transit to a shop or warehouse, avoiding further CO2 emissions.

The papers selected for the Giclée art prints come from sustainably managed forests.

The inks used in the printed items and packaging are all environmentally friendly.

Organic textile products are produced sustainably and fairly. They are mostly made from organic cotton and partly from recycled polyester. The garments have the following certifications and affiliations:

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard): Certification that guarantees that cotton is organically grown without the use of genetically modified seeds or hazardous chemicals.

Global Recycled Standard (GRS): Voluntary product standard to track and verify the content of recycled materials in a final product. The standard applies to the entire supply chain and addresses traceability, environmental principles, social requirements, chemical content and labelling.

Standard 100 de OEKO-TEX®: Certification ensuring that products are processed without chemicals harmful to human health and the environment.

PETA-Approved: Certification guaranteeing that the product is vegan, approved by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

Fair Wear Foundation (FWF): Miembros desde 2012, la organización trabaja para garantizar los derechos de los trabajadores y un empleo seguro, digno y adecuadamente remunerado.

The packaging used for your orders comes from sustainable sources, is recyclable or biodegradable and the use of plastics is avoided as far as possible.
